Pathway to Integration

Civic, and employment education play crucial roles in integrating refugees into democratic societies in the EU. They are also essential for building inclusive societies that recognise refugees' potential contributions and support their rights and well-being. By investing in integrating refugees and recently arrived migrants, EU democratic societies not only uphold their values of human dignity, freedom, democracy, and equality but also enrich their social and cultural fabric.
This project focuses specifically on refugees and recently-arrived migrants from Ukraine residing in different EU countries, and indirectly – on internally displaced people in Ukraine (through a stakeholder organisation in Ukraine working with internally displaced families).
