OUR OBJECTIVES
Empowering Participation: By fostering an environment of learning and engagement, we aim to encourage pro-active attitudes in the EU member states and beyond. Empowered citizens are more likely to engage in meaningful dialogue and contribute to the democratic process.
Public Knowledge Enhancement: We organize educational seminars, informative activities, debates, and conferences that are inclusive and targeted at young adults and adults. These initiatives aim to deepen public knowledge about democracy and key global issues.
Critical Thinking: We equip participants with the skills to critically analyse news, facts and arguments, to assess their credibility, and develop well-founded opinions. This critical thinking ability is essential for contributing constructively to social life and democratic decision-making.
Storytelling: We teach participants storytelling skills to help them effectively communicate their ideas, experiences, and perspectives. These skills enable people to engage others, promote understanding, and inspire action within their communities.
Tailored Engagement: Each activity is specifically designed to meet the needs and the aspirations of our diverse client-base and target groups, empowering every participant to effectively engage and benefit from our programs.

Participation in Democratic Life: Our activities and trainings serve as transformative spaces where citizens can increase their understanding of how democratic states function, including political and economic processes. Job Creation: Empowering individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to create job opportunities for themselves and others. Contributing to the economic development of communities in an open and transparent manner is a way of participating in democracy.
Integration of Migrants and Refugees: Facilitating the integration of migrants and refugees into host societies and local communities through inclusive educational and social initiatives.
Support for Underrepresented Groups: Working with individuals from groups whose rights are undermined to ensure their full participation in democratic processes.

Sustainable Funding: To support our initiatives, we seek funding through EU subsidies, state aid, and the sale of our courses. This funding enables us to implement our projects and expand our reach.
